Tuition
* Private lesson rate pre-
* Fees are paid to reserve the student’s allotted lesson time
* Fees are due regardless of absenteeism or tardiness and regardless of notification

* Students are allowed two unpaid absences per year (one week advance notice required)
* There will be no withdrawal penalties or refunds
* Prolonged absences such as a serious illness or prolonged vacation may be credited. Please discuss the details with your instructor and the studio’s director.
Payments
* The preferred method of payment is automatic credit card billing. This option is available by filling out the required paperwork in person at the studio
* You may choose to have your monthly statement sent to you via email or US Mail. Payments are due by the 15th of each month and payable with cash, check, Visa, Mastercard or Discover
* A $10 late fee will be assessed to all payments not made in full by the due date
Attendance
* Students are expected to attend all contracted appointments.
* If you would like to request a credit once a charge has been placed on your
statement, please do so by emailing the director at director@maestrostudios.net or

* In the case of severe weather conditions, the studios may close, in which case lessons will be credited or rescheduled. If Haddonfield public schools close or are delayed due to weather, the studios will offer credits to students who cannot attend their lesson.
* If the instructor cancels an appointment for any reason, the lesson will be rescheduled or the fees credited as per agreement between the student and instructor.

* Students are only committed to only one month at a time and therefore may withdraw
