Tuition Rates and Payment
- Tuition is the same price each month, based on a 48-
week lesson calendar
2012 Lesson Calendar Available Here - Lessons are scheduled at the same day and time once per week

Minute Lessons: $100 per Month ($25 Per lesson) - 45-
Minute Lessons: $150 per Month ($37.50 Per Lesson) - 60-
Minute Lessons: $200 per Month ($50 Per Lesson)
- Payments are made via an automatic credit or debit card transaction at the beginning of each month (bank draft option coming soon)
- Students can start any time and the first month will be prorated
- Fees may apply for declined cards or insufficient funds
- Students never pay for holidays, since the tuition rate accounts for them
Missed Lessons and Makeups
- Tuition is not prorated for missed lessons
- If an instructor misses a lesson for any reason, the academy will supply a qualified substitute. If a substitute is unavailable or the instructor misses more than one lesson in a calendar month, the instructor will schedule a private makeup lesson.
- If a student misses a lesson:
- If the academy is notified by 9:00 pm the night before the scheduled lesson, a private makeup lesson can be scheduled once per month. Several makeup dates have been built into the lesson calendar.
- Students who miss a lesson are always eligible to attend a Saturday makeup class, regardless of notification. Please see the lesson calendar for dates.
Withdrawal
- Enrollment is Month-
To- Month and students may withdrawal at any time without a penalty.
- The academy must be notified in writing of withdrawal before the first of the month to avoid charges.
- Charges are not refunded for partial-
month withdrawals
Summer Lessons
- Maestro Studios of Haddonfield operates all year
- Students who wish to discontinue lessons for the Summer are always welcome back in the Fall, but there is no guarantee that their previous time and teacher will be available.
- Unlike many music schools, our enrollment often grows in the Summer
- Student who remain enrolled for the Summer but have to miss lessons are eligible for makeup classes when they are able to return.
Holidays and Extreme Weather
- Please see the lesson calendar for dates when the academy is closed
- All of these dates have already been accounted for in the monthly tuition rate
- If Haddonfield public schools are closed or delayed due to inclement weather, the student is under no obligation to attend their lesson. A private makeup lesson will be provided by the instructor.
Exceptions
- We understand that you cannot plan for everything. In the case of extreme circumstances, please give us a call or an email and we will be happy to discuss your options with you.
